These terms govern your use of NoteLive (https://notelive.app). By using the service you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. Legal notice

NoteLive is operated by Andrés Felipe García Cardona, DNI 54691765L, Calle de Francisco Silvela, 110. Planta 2. 28002. Madrid, based in Spain. Contact: legal@reminte.com.

2. The service

NoteLive lets you create text notes that anyone with the link can view and edit in real time.

• Notes are public to anyone with the link. There are no passwords or access control. You're responsible for who you share a link with.
• Free notes expire. They're permanently deleted 24 hours after they're created and can't be recovered.
• The free plan shows ads. The Pro plan removes them and keeps your notes for as long as your subscription is active.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use NoteLive to:

• publish illegal content, or content that infringes other people's rights (including intellectual property and privacy);
• share malware, phishing, or links meant to deceive;
• harass, threaten or incite hatred or violence;
• publish sexual content involving minors, under any circumstances;
• send spam or overload or attack the service, or bypass its limits.

We may delete content and block access that breaches these rules, and we'll cooperate with the authorities when legally required. To report a note, send its URL to legal@reminte.com.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to what you write. You grant us only the permission needed to store, sync and show it to people with the link while the note exists. Because anyone with the link can edit a note, its content may be changed by other people.

5. Pro plan

• Price and billing. Pro costs the amount shown at checkout (€5 per month), including applicable taxes. It's billed monthly in advance and renews automatically.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from "My account" → "Manage subscription". You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. After that, your notes go back to expiring 24 hours later.
• Right of withdrawal. If you're a consumer in the European Union, you can withdraw within 14 days of your first payment by writing to legal@reminte.com, and we'll refund that payment.
• Refunds. Apart from the above, we don't refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.
• Price changes. We'll tell you by email at least 30 days in advance. You can cancel before the new price applies.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card details.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep NoteLive running and your notes safe, but the service is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. Don't use it as the only copy of important information.

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect damages, loss of data or loss of profits arising from using the service. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, if the changes are significant, notify account holders by email. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time.

8. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer, you may bring any claim before the courts of your place of residence.
